Final Fharmacy 1 is a pixel puzzle game in which you take on the role of an alchemist in a fantasy world who is tasked with concocting a variety of medicinal concoctions to treat ailing patients. You will be recognized as either a life saver or a failed wannabe doctor depending on how successfully each patient is treated with the assistance of two cauldrons and a recipe book.
