Kingsley's Customerpalooza 2020 prizes the most original and distinctive Papa's Mocharia To Go! customer persona. The top 32 vote-getters advance to the knockout stage from October 21 to December 17, 2020.

how to play

• To participate, players can develop and submit their own customer character via the Customerpalooza 2020 website or the Papa Louie Pals app. Papa Louie Pals offers characters not available online.
• After submitting a character, players can vote for the top 32. Voting is October 14–20, 2020.
• The 32 selected characters will fight in elimination stages, including the 1/2 round, semi-finals, and finals. Final Victor becomes Papa Louie's new client character.
