Press and hold to drop the ingredients into the pot of boiling oil. Observe the temperature and color of the dish; this is the factor that determines the score. If you fry for too long, your dish will burn. If you take it out too soon, the dish will be undercooked, not meeting the requirements.
Keep the heat level stable; do not let the oil get too hot. Some dishes require frying twice; remember to pay close attention to the requirements. When the perfect golden color appears, take it out immediately!
Bonuses are awarded for high scores. Get better oil, a bigger fryer, or new recipes with the money. Fry more unusual and difficult dishes as you rank up.
