Papa's Gourmet Diner has five stations:

1. Purchase Station

• Record main, side, drink, and dessert orders.
• Processing complex orders requires careful planning.

2. Prep Station

• Steak, veggies, pasta, and seafood should be cut, marinated, and prepared.
• A well-prepared food cooks faster and tastes better.

3. Cooking Station

• I am grilling fish, cooking pasta, and searing beef to rare, medium, or well-done.
• Time it carefully to avoid burning or undercooking.

4. Plating Station

• Plate the food according to the customer's request—this is the most "gourmet" portion!
• Beautiful, well-positioned, and attractive color combinations.

5. Dessert/Drink Station
